This excellent high fenced hunting ranch is located between Freer and Benavides at the corner of Hwy 339 and CR 321.  The terrain is rolling with very good brush diversity  and scattered bull mesquites.


The ranch headquarters consists of a 1998 doublewide mobile home (1640 sf) with 3 bedrooms and two baths.  There is a large carport for covered storage.  Water is supplied by two water wells (one is not being used).  A new 10hp pump has been installed in the main well and has been rated at 70 gpm.  In the pastures there are three stock tanks one of which is irrigated by the main well with a 2 ½” water line.  Six corn feeders and 6 protein feeders will remain as will two hunting blinds.
Wildlife consists of white-tailed deer,  hogs, dove and quail.  The good native genetics have been enhanced with 200 B & C stock as follows:  2006 – 10 buck fawns, 2007 – 7 buck fawns and 8 doe fawns.  The quail population has been solid since 2007 and quail strips have been maintained and have good stands of buffel grass.
