Rancho Loma Linda is located in north central Webb County close to the La Salle County line just off IH-35 about 4 miles south of Encinal. Access off of IH-35 is down a approximately 3/4 mile easement road. The separation from the interstate makes it feel as though you are miles away from civilization. This area is known for producing excellent whitetails and the ranch has easy access to both San Antonio and Laredo.

The ranch is divided into three pastures. The 1,734 acre pasture to the west is under a three year old game fence. Most of the improvements are located within this pasture. The west two pastures are 442 acres and 277 acres.

The ranch features a 3/2 modular home, new 4,000 SF two door equipment barn, two DMP pens, breeder pens, numerous improved roads, several large earthen tanks, over 100 acres in new food plots, numerous feeder stations and executive hunting blinds, several earthen tanks, two windmills, and two submersible wells with one capable of pushing 40 GPM. Additionally, Jaboncillo and Dolores Creek cross the ranch and provide excellent bottom land diversity.

Loma Linda has unique soil and topography diversity for a ranch of its size. With about 90 feet of elevation change, the views are spectacular. The soils vary from red sand to clay loam in the bottoms.

The majority of the ranch is native brush with scattered food plots and tree canopy in the bottom country. Game on the ranch includes whitetail, javelina, hogs, bobwhites and turkey. The deer under high fence have been managed for three years and the ranch has an MLD 2 permit and is going to MLD 3 next year.

There are no minerals available and no production on the ranch.
